At Tunisian Sweet, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our traditional confections. To ensure your order arrives fresh and on time, we partner with UPS as our third-party logistics provider.

Shipping Rates & Transparency

All shipping costs are calculated directly by UPS based on the weight of your order and the destination. Please note:

• Third-Party Pricing: Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier. Tunisian Sweet does not determine these rates, nor do we profit from shipping charges.

• Profit Margins: As a boutique provider of premium sweets, our pricing reflects the high-quality ingredients used in our kitchen. We do not build shipping buffers into our product prices, which allows us to keep our sweets at a fair value while ensuring we cannot offer free shipping.

Handling & Dispatch

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to UPS within 1–3 business days.

• Perishable Nature: Because our sweets are delicate, we recommend selecting expedited shipping methods during warmer months or for long-distance deliveries to maintain freshness.

Order Tracking & Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Carrier Responsibility: While we package every order with extreme care, Tunisian Sweet is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or pricing adjustments made by UPS.

• Inquiries: For questions regarding a package currently in transit, please contact UPS Customer Support directly with your tracking number.
